Executive Coach / Performance Development Specialist
In my 8th grade year book I was voted most likely to become a coach. I went on to successfully coach volleyball and basketball for 10 years; little did I know that “coaching” would continue to be one of my passions throughout my adult life.
As a college student I became frustrated that I was working so hard to attain “the grade” but I had no clear purpose or goal. As a result I dropped out at the end of my junior year and ended up with a job fertilizing lawns and that is when my true education began. Never satisfied with the status quo I knew that there was room for me to grow in the lawn care industry and after only two years I started my own lawn care company.
I remember feeling the thrill of running my own business combined with the realization that while I learned a great deal about lawn care and the industry I had a lot to learn about “working on the business not in the business”. I became a student of developing people using goal directed leadership. As a result, with hard work and perseverance I had successfully built and sold not just one but three multi-million dollar companies.
Today I am able to use my proven knowledge, my successes and my failures and combine them with the practices that catapulted me ahead of my competition to successfully guide business owners, entrepreneurs, and top level management toward success. Learning from other people’s failures and successes can streamline your path to your ultimate personal and professional goals.
It turns out that my friends in grade school knew what I was destined for long before I did – coaching. I am passionate about guiding people towards their goals and passion plays a key part in any success. Let my passion about your goals show you that everyone has the ability to be as successful as they want to be. Remember, it is never too late to be what you might have been!
