Prior to founding Achievement Unlimited in 1996, Michael, an energetic and highly motivated professional, learned about business and the qualities that produce successful people and companies by working his way up from the ground floor in a career spanning 25 years.
From the beginning, Michael has enjoyed outstanding entrepreneurial success, while maintaining an authentic personality and approach to his clients. He began his career in the family sporting goods business, where he learned to manage and grow a multi-million dollar retail company. He then went on to wholesale distribution and direct sales, where he remained a top producer for nearly 10 consecutive years, advancing to the position of executive vice president of sales for a publicly-traded company.
In his current role at Achievement Unlimited, Michael has spent 10 years working with CEOs and business owners, helping them conquer organizational inertia by building a corporate culture and leadership development program that consistently produces measurable results. He is the expert in creating bigger futures for each one of his clients and maintains the down-to-earth approach that his clients enjoy.
